Well appointed with a combination of sleek furnishings and floor to ceiling windows, this gated mansion comfortably hosts up to 10 for overnight accommodations. Skyway Mansion has a large well-manicured lawn in the back overlooking the waterfront with plenty of space for both an outdoor wedding ceremony and a tented formal reception.

The covered outdoor entertaining space overlooking the infinity-styled pool, is a perfect setting for a pre-reception cocktail hour. Add some touches of trendy lounge furnishings and you have a modern wedding celebration done West Coast Florida Style.This amazing property can only host a select number of weddings each year. This luxury home requires special care as it is the “second” home of a former local family.

Events are limited to up to 150 guests, although the owners prefer less than 100. The deep tropical-landscaped front area has parking for up to 15 vehicles. Valet parking is required for all events and is handled via our approved parking company. This property must be rented for no less than seven days in order to hold an event.
