Private Home Event Packages

Because of diversity of private residences allowing celebrations, we have developed packages that address the unque features of each.

Some properties limit the number of events held within 30 days;  most have a three-day minimum; and a few have a one-week minimum rental in order to host a wedding on site. 

Our focus is on events for 30+ wedding guests.

$5995.00 plus tax and gratuity up to 50 guests; Each guest thereafater is $69.95++

Full hors d'oeuvres and dinner

All hard goods such as tables, chairs, and auxiliary serving pieces

Banquet captain, professional service personnel, culinary and set up staff.

Set-up, tear down, and cleaning of celebration areas

All linens, centerpieces, chair covers and ties with a variety of accent fabrics and accent themes

On-site Ceremony Decorating including arch, chairs, choice in aisleway decor

Variety of menus that offer flexibility in side dishes and entrees

On-site event management, parking/shuttle/valet options

Tents, lighting, and other hard goods or decor upgrades available

Fine china, flatware, glassware and serving options

Event Coordinator to handle all the details of your special day

Unlimited phone calls, emails, consultations to assure stress-free planning prior to your wedding
